We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Colusa County, California. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
