Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Yagba West, Kogi State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₦5,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
