Food and beverage server — City of Manassas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a food and beverage server in City of Manassas, Virginia. You will be based in a café. Day-to-day duties: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Full-time, day shift.
