Tyre bay technician • Telford and Wrekin, England

Now hiring: we are hiring a tyre bay technician in Telford and Wrekin, England. You should have: • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • Awareness of workshop health and safety Day-to-day duties: • Replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
