Public area cleaner wanted in Tama County

Now hiring: we are hiring a public area cleaner in Tama County, Iowa. You will be based at a serviced apartment. On the job you will handle: • Replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls • Empty bins, replace liners and segregate the waste • Dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals • Clean and disinfect bathrooms — toilets, basins, showers, mirrors and tiles Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios • Willing to work shifts, weekends and rotational offs • Able to operate vacuum, buffing and carpet-shampoo machines 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
