Assembly technician wanted in Lincoln County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly technician in Lincoln County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Day-to-day duties: • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
