Lift installation engineer — Sabon Gari

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Sabon Gari, Kaduna State. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. On a typical shift you will fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes. Ideal candidate: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Six days a week, one day off.
