Elevator technician wanted in Culpeper County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator technician in Culpeper County, Virginia. The role involves respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; run load and overload tests with test weights. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Full-time with occasional weekends.
