Now hiring: groundworker (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a groundworker in Emmet County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors Requirements: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
