Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Washington County, North Carolina. Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
