Immediate opening: cook (New Jersey)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Sussex County, New Jersey. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 1+ years on the tools preferred.
