Join our team: fitter on the line (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Houston County, Alabama. You will be based on a production line. On the job you will handle: • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low Requirements: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage 2+ years on the tools preferred.
