Collision repair technician wanted in Chugach Census Area

Vacancy available: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Chugach Census Area, Alaska. The job is in an insurance-approved repair centre. Requirements: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding On the job you will handle: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
