Great opportunity: we are hiring a horticulturist in Woodbury County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades You should have: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Part-time with flexible hours.
