Ideal candidate: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances On the job you will handle: • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters Rotating shifts.
