Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. You will work at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Rotating shifts.
