Immediate opening: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Clarke County, Virginia. You will be based on a factory production line. The role involves operate and feed production machines on the line; assemble components according to the work order; carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging; pack finished goods into cartons and seal them. Requirements: • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
