Precision welder • Robertson County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a precision welder in Robertson County, Tennessee. You will work on an industrial construction site. Your main tasks: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode Requirements: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Own basic hand tools and PPE Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
