Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Marshall County, Tennessee. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
