Lifting rigger • Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a busy construction site. The role involves inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
