Immediate opening: HSE officer (Iowa)

Join our team: we are hiring a HSE officer in Iowa County, Iowa. You will work in a chemical processing unit. Day to day you will run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. What we are looking for: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Full-time with occasional weekends.
