Automotive technician • Amherst County, Virginia

Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive technician in Amherst County, Virginia. You will be based at an authorised dealership workshop. What we are looking for: • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic The role involves: • Bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear • Replace exhaust systems and catalytic converters • Trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems • Recharge and service the air-conditioning system • Service and replace timing belts and chains • Check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
