Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, Alaska. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Day to day you will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters.
