Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems • Willing to attend emergency call-outs • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools Day-to-day duties: • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall • Detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework • Connect overhead and underground water tanks Rotating shifts.
