Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Lemhi County, Idaho. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces The role involves purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
