Car electrician • Story County, Iowa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a car electrician in Story County, Iowa. You will work at a commercial vehicle fleet depot. On the job you will handle: • Diagnose electrical faults using an OBD-II scanner • Solder and heat-shrink wiring joints • Repair headlights, indicators and brake-light circuits • Test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter • Read wiring diagrams and trace circuits • Install alarms, immobilisers and central locking What we are looking for: • Steady hands for soldering fine connections • Knowledge of CAN-bus and modern ECU systems • Own basic hand tools preferred At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
