Immediate opening: we are hiring a press shop operator in Lagos Mainland Local Government Area, Lagos State. The job is at a busy press shop. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg The role involves: • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
