Now hiring: concrete labourer (Kansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Jefferson County, Kansas. You will be based on a road and bridge project. Your main tasks: • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors Requirements: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Physically fit and comfortable working at height Part-time with flexible hours.
