Powder spray gun operator — Mkpat Enin

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Mkpat Enin, Akwa Ibom State. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness.
