Abattoir worker wanted in Pulaski County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Pulaski County, Arkansas. You will be based in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
