We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Kaduna South, Kaduna State. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Day to day you will assemble column and beam cages on the bench; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₦290,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
