Now hiring: frame straightening technician (California)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Amador County, California. You will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. Requirements: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
