Site safety steward wanted in Hendry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site safety steward in Hendry County, Florida. You will work in a chemical processing unit. What we are looking for: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Day to day you will stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
