We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Mariposa County, California. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
