Now hiring: we are hiring a joiner in Dubois County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw You should have: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Full-time with occasional weekends.
