Powder coating operator wanted in Dona Ana County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
