Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG welder in Hendry County, Florida. The job is at an automobile body shop. The role involves: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
