Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Hyde County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges On a typical shift you will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; write and edit G-code programs at the control; load and index turning tools in the turret. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience.
