Refrigeration installation technician — Vernon Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. Ideal candidate: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds Your main tasks: • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays Six days a week, one day off.
