Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Whiteside County, Illinois. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 3+ years on the tools preferred.
