Confectioner — Van Buren County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Van Buren County, Tennessee. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
