Slinger signaller wanted in Floyd County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Floyd County, Iowa. You will be based on an offshore oil and gas platform. The role involves coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; read lift plans and method statements before starting; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. You should have: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
