Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Graves County, Kentucky. You will work at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
