Vacancy available: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Wheeler County, Georgia. You should have: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC Day-to-day duties: • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
