Stainless steel welder • Gulani, Yobe State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Gulani, Yobe State. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. The role involves weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Part-time with flexible hours. ₦290,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
