Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Frio County, Texas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
