Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Dodge County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time with occasional weekends.
