What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method 5+ years on the tools preferred.
