Tyre bay technician — Union County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tyre bay technician in Union County, Indiana. You will be based at a roadside mobile fitting unit. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • Valid driving licence for mobile fitting roles Your main tasks: • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
