Join our team: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Mariga, Niger State. The job is at a high-rise construction project. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level The role involves: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat Six days a week, one day off.
